How do I find my tracking number?+
Your tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. It typically starts with "PLGX" followed by 9 digits. You can also contact our customer service team to retrieve your tracking number using your shipment details.
What does each status mean?+
Picked Up: Your shipment has been collected and is ready for processing.
In Transit: Your cargo is on its way to the destination.
Out for Delivery: Your shipment has arrived and is scheduled for same-day delivery.
